Deposits & Cancellations

All one-of-kind custom cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order conformation. The remaining 50% of the total order is refundable. The remaining balance is due upon pickup, except for engagement and wedding cakes, which must be paid in full one week prior to the scheduled event date.

Damage During Travel (Pick-Up Orders)

Once a cake is collected from Mana Patisserie, responsibility for handling, transportation, and storage transfers entirely to the customer. We cannot refund, remake, or replace cakes damaged after pickup.

If someone else (a representative) collects or sets up the cake on your behalf, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the cake’s condition after it leaves our premises.

For safe transport, especially during warm weather, please:
• Use an air-conditioned vehicle
• Place the cake on a flat, level surface (never on a car seat)
• Avoid sudden stops, sharp turns, or direct sunlight
